Busy With My Work (Customer Service)

Hello.

Sorry for not update my blog for a long time. Since working, it's hard to get a time to write my blog. I will try to update my blog. Well, It's already 4 month I'm working with this company. A lot of experience I gain here like how to deal with customer, the correct way to answer phone call, and a other things that related to customer service. I admit that working in the customer service line is very challenging and it's demand a lot of patient from us. For those who working in the customer service line sure will understand what I mean. Sometimes, I feel just like want to blow up but customer is always right. I hate the words "Customer Is Always Right". If they ask politely, I can accept it, but the rude customer...(hmm...I think you understand). Please be considered. You, are not the only customer that we need to entertain, there are a lot of other customer who call. Imagine receive a 10-20 complain and you need to update it to the person in charge. The customer only now to raise their voice and become angry at us, but you did you know that we also being pressure by the upper position person. I'm sure you didn't know it. Try to be in our place, then you know how it feel, and i'm sure you will resign in 1 day. Not all customer are rude, some are good. They tell their problem nicely and in a good manner, I repeat, good manner. If the customer being nice to us, we very happy to help them to solve their problem. Sometimes, it's not the Customer Service fault, they already doing their job, but the person in charge who was late to update the cases. We only do and tell the customer what is allow by the company policies. We also a human, have feeling and have the limit of patient. If the company receive a complain, the person who working as customer service will be blame for it even though they already do all the process. Well, have to accept it, the lower position worker have to accept all the blame while the upper person is happily angry at us. Remember, want to find a people that can understand the company policy and can hold with the rude customer or caller is difficult. It's take a lot of time. I'm sorry if my writing hurting anybody but this writing  is honestly from my heart.
