Salam dan selamat sejahtera

Sedar tak sedar sudah sebulan aku bergelar pelajar Sarjana Muda. Program yang aku ambil sekarang amatlah berbeza dengan program yang aku ambil semasa diploma. Kini, ia makin tahap cabarannya semakin tinggi hinggakan kadang-kadang aku  rasa hendah berputus asa. Tapi, apabila terkenangkan harapan mama dan abah, aku terpaksa akur. Apabila memandang wajah mereka, teresa seolah-olah mereka ada satu harapan di wajah mereka. Tambahan pula aku ialah anak sulong, dan semestinya menjadi harapan keluarga. Dulu, aku sendiri yang ingin meyambung pengajian, tetapi bila sudah tercapai cita-citaku, aku pula yang mengeluh. Aku berdoakan agar diriku tabah untuk menghadapi segala dugaan dan cabaran sepanjang aku belajar.

Becoming Student Again

Hello and Assalamualaikum,

Well, on 02 February 2012, I was being accepted to enter on of the public university in Malaysia. Yes, at last, after two time my application have been decline and on the third time I was accepted. The feeling at that time cannot be describe by words. Syukur, Alhamdullilah. I will register on 04 March 2012 at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Merbuk, Kedah. The course that being offer to me is Bachelor Of Administrative Science (Hons) under Faculty Of Administrative Science And Policy Studies. I will study there for three 3 year, which means I will finish my study in year 2015. Still a long time to go. Well, when there is happiness, there also will be sadness. The sad thing is I have to leave my current job and all my colleague. I'm so sorry, but life have to go on, I have to leave them to get a better future. Don't worry, even though we will be separate by time and distance, i will never forget all of you. We will still contact each other. Actually I'm so scare to become a student again. Scare of the new environment, new friend, basically everything. After this, my world is about, class, assignment, and exam.

Busy With My Work (Customer Service)

Hello.

Sorry for not update my blog for a long time. Since working, it's hard to get a time to write my blog. I will try to update my blog. Well, It's already 4 month I'm working with this company. A lot of experience I gain here like how to deal with customer, the correct way to answer phone call, and a other things that related to customer service. I admit that working in the customer service line is very challenging and it's demand a lot of patient from us. For those who working in the customer service line sure will understand what I mean. Sometimes, I feel just like want to blow up but customer is always right. I hate the words "Customer Is Always Right". If they ask politely, I can accept it, but the rude customer...(hmm...I think you understand). Please be considered. You, are not the only customer that we need to entertain, there are a lot of other customer who call. Imagine receive a 10-20 complain and you need to update it to the person in charge. The customer only now to raise their voice and become angry at us, but you did you know that we also being pressure by the upper position person. I'm sure you didn't know it. Try to be in our place, then you know how it feel, and i'm sure you will resign in 1 day. Not all customer are rude, some are good. They tell their problem nicely and in a good manner, I repeat, good manner. If the customer being nice to us, we very happy to help them to solve their problem. Sometimes, it's not the Customer Service fault, they already doing their job, but the person in charge who was late to update the cases. We only do and tell the customer what is allow by the company policies. We also a human, have feeling and have the limit of patient. If the company receive a complain, the person who working as customer service will be blame for it even though they already do all the process. Well, have to accept it, the lower position worker have to accept all the blame while the upper person is happily angry at us. Remember, want to find a people that can understand the company policy and can hold with the rude customer or caller is difficult. It's take a lot of time. I'm sorry if my writing hurting anybody but this writing  is honestly from my heart.

Kerja

Salam. Saya bekerja sebagai pembantu klinik selama sebulan di salah sebuah klinik swasta di Pulau Pinang. Terdapat banyak pengalaman yang saya dapat sepanjang bekerja di klinik tersebut. Amatlah berbeza dunia pekerjaan sebenar dan menjalankan latihan praktikal semasa belajar dulu. Jika kita membuat latihan praktikal, orang akan melayan kita seperti pelajar. Pekerjaan yang dianggap sukar atau mempunyai maklumat sulit tidak akan kita buat. Kita akan dilayan seperti anak oleh setiap pekerja di syarikat tersebut. Sebaliknya berlaku bila kita benar-benar bekerja. Kita mesti cuba melakukan yang terbaik. Segala urusan dan perkara yang berlaku di dalam pejabat perlu kita ketahui. Kita perlu cuba elakkan berlakunya kesilapan di dalam pekerjaan yang kita lakukan.

Kawan saya ada berkata yang kita tak semestinya mendapat pekerjaan yang sama dengan apa yang kita pelajari di alam universiti. Buat masa ini, kata-katanya amat benar sekali. Namun, apa yang penting ialah pengalaman yang kita dapat. Ia amat berharga sekali. Pengalaman akan mematangkan pemikiran seseorang.

Akhirnya...

Salam.

Akhirnya saya dapat juga membela guinea pig. Saya tak tahu kenapa saya nak sangat guinea pig. Pada hari Sabtu yang lepas (25/06/2011), saya pergi ke CTY Aquarium yang terletak di Burma Road, Penang. Untuk permulaan memang agal perit kerana banyak juga wang yang perlu dikeluarkan untuk membeli guinea pig dan barang-barang keperluanya.

Jika anda ingin membela guinea pig, saya anggarkan anda perlu menyediakan RM300 sebagai permulaan. Ini adalah kerana anda perlu membeli segala kelengkapan yang diperlukan oleh guinea pig. Antara barang yang perlu anda sediakan ialah cage, small animal bedding, timothy hay, wood chew, guinea pig food, water bottle, 2 food bowl, and guinea pig treat.

Anggaran perbelanjaan bulanan pula ialah dalam RM100 ke RM150. Antara benda yang anda perlu beli setiap bulan ialah small animal bedding, guinea pig food, and timothy hay. Yup, membela guinea pig memerlukan banyak perbelanjaan, tapi anda pasti tidak kisah jika anda sayangkan sayangkan guinea pig anda.

My New Pet Guinea Pig

Today (25/06/2011) is my happy day. I get a guinea pig. So this is my first blog about my guinea pig. I will put my guinea pig picture after I tame him. Yup, I got a male guinea pig. Actually his first name is Brian then I change it to Oliver. I hope Oliver is happy to stay with me. Bye...

Budgie/Parakeet Bird

I have 4 budgie/parakeet at my house right now. I bought the first pair of bird on 04 Jun 2011 and the second pair on 11 June 2011. Don't worry, when they already tame, I will catch a picture for you to see. The first pair is two male bird, one is blue and the other bird is dark grey. The second pair is yellow, both of them is yellow colour, one male and one is female. I want to buy a green colour budgie/parakeet but the pet shop does't have it. The bird are very easy to take care and it's fun to watch them eat, grooming themselves or their partner. Their chirping sound their make is very nice to hear. I can watch them for hours without bored.

Well, actually I on planning to buy a guinea pig. Right now, I try to console my parents to let me have a guinea pig. Hope that they will agree.
